Onderdruk (2007)

[ Live electronics performance // minimal sound and visuals controlled with the P5 glove ]

Description

Onderdruk is a project focussed on different possibilities concerning one-on-one connection between minimalistic audio and video.

A virtual reality hand glove (P5) is used as a controller/instrument. With this glove several audiovisual scenes are being played live on stage. These scenes each have a different set of variables and characteristics.
In the audio, a lot of extremely low (sub) and high frequencies are used, giving it a very technological feeling. The video enforces this because of its minimalistic, technological approach.
